Amway offers Distributors a wide product range that they
can retail with confidence, backed by the Amway Customer
Satisfaction Guarantee.
THE AMWAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand
behind the quality of Amway products. Anytime you
buy an Amway product you have the right to use it
for a reasonable period of time to determine if
it is satisfactory and you want to keep it. Should
you decide it is not satisfactory, please return
the product to your Amway Distributor, who will
offer you the choice to have it replaced without
charge, receive full credit of the returned product
for the purchase of another Amway-brand product,
or receive a refund of the full purchase price.
This Guarantee does not apply to products that have
been intentionally damaged or misused, Amway-distributed
products which provide a specific time period of
return, and those products covered by express written
warranties.
All Amway products sold in Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam
do not contain placenta, pork nor its derivatives

Distributors can take pride in presenting their customers
with exclusive, award-winning product lines, developed
in state-of-the art facilities and manufactured at Ada,
Michigan, USA.
The past 40 years haven't been idle years. We've built
and remodeled as the Amway business has grown. Today we
support the worldwide business opportunity from the Amway
World Headquarters, which sits on a 390-acre site.
The complex is a mile long of offices, warehouses, manufacturing,
research and development facilities. We do most of our
own manufacturing, including product production and packaging,
printing and shipping. Amway also maintains a fleet of
cross-country semi trucks and trailers and has its own
railroad.
Research Excellence
Dedicated people throughout the research, development
and manufacturing processes drive the Amway commitment
to quality - beginning with a team of 430 research and
development scientists and quality assurance professionals,
working in 57 laboratories in 14,415 sq. metres of facilities
at Amway World Headquarters.
In addition to maintaining constant, day-to-day quality,
Amway has adopted the World Class Manufacturing Principles
- a process for the continuous improvement of all products
and processes.
Nutrilite products are manufactured at Buena Park, California
and produces over half a billion tablets every month.
Nutrilite manufactures its products according to strict

the environment
Amway has a history of environmental concern in product
development, and has been a corporate pioneer in manufacturing
environmentally conscious products. Amway's first product,
L.O.C. Multi-Purpose Cleaner, was one of the first cleaners
on the market using only biodegradable surfactants. Here

Source Reduction
Since its founding, Amway has been a pioneer in concentrated
formulas, which reduce the amount of packaging for disposal.
Recycling
Use of recycled materials in packaging includes plastic
bottles produced with a centre layer of recycled resin,
new plastic bottles manufactured from recycled soft drink
bottles and SA8 Laundry Compound cartons made from 35
percent post-consumer material.
Non-Animal Testing
Amway maintains the highest standards in product safety
evaluation without the use of animal testing.
Plant Concentrates
Nutrilite is a leading global brand that grows, harvests
and processes its own plant concentrates using biologically
sound methods. The Nutrilite Farming Practices (NFP) focuses
