Tips On Achieving Optimal Health |
Kuala Lumpur,
9 March 2004 – Over 1,200 participants in Penang
recently went through a 3-hour programme to discover how to achieve optimal
health and enjoy life to the fullest. Themed the Nutrilite™ Experience,
the programme was in response to overwhelming demand to a similar activity
held in Kuala Lumpur in October 2003.
Nutrilite™, the leading global brand of vitamin, mineral and dietary
supplements, organized the follow-up Nutrilite™ Experience from
28th February to 1st March 2004. The programme was aimed to bring alive
Nutrilite™’s vision of optimal health, which is achieved
through good nutrition, regular exercise, adequate rest, positive mental
attitudes and proper hydration. Participants were given the opportunity
to participate in comprehensive health and nutritional assessments to
discover their state of fitness, talk to scientists and trainers on the
benefits of health supplements and to gain a better understanding of
the Nutrilite™ brand and the science behind it.

an excellent way to communicate the brand’s commitment to health
and wellness. We received many requests from participants who were
not able to attend the Nutrilite™ Experience in Kuala Lumpur
to hold one in Penang. To date, the response has been incredible!”

The
Nutrilite™ Experience consisted of four 3-hour sessions each
day. Each session incorporated five zones. Zone 1 initiated the participants
on the 70-year history of Nutrilite™. Zone 2 brought on the ‘Best
of Nature, Best of Science’ philosophy behind the manufacturing
and farm experience at Buena Park. Zone 3 took the participants through
a health assessment exercise where they were able to determine their
health level. Zone 4 had them learning exercise tips, which will help
them obtain optimal health. Zone 5 gelled together everything the participants
had learnt and experienced, helping them see the big picture and the
things they can accomplish with optimal health.
Said Puan Norazah Kamaruddin, who attended the Nutrilite™ Experience, “I

Products in Buena Park, California, who shared her enthusiasm, knowledge
and experience with those who desire to develop or maintain a healthy
active lifestyle. During her brief stay in Penang, she advised participants
on fitness testing and programming, coordinated fitness classes and lectured
on various topics of health and wellness.
